The Community Campaign encompasses gifts below the Community Pillars threshold and embodies the grassroots strength of our fundraising efforts. It engages a broad and diverse cross-section of the Jewish community—individuals and families who contribute anywhere from $1 to $9,999 annually.

This segment is driven by the belief that every gift makes a difference and that widespread participation is essential for fostering a strong and resilient community. Community Campaign donors are actively engaged through a wide range of programs offered by the Community Development Department.

We view the number of donors—individuals who are personally invested enough in Federation and the Jewish community to make a financial contribution—as a key measure of the strength and vitality of our Federation and community. For this reason, we uphold the tradition of encouraging individuals to give in their own name, rather than simply as a household.
