Annual Campaign Chair: Roles and Responsibilities

Campaign co-chairs are the primary lay-leaders responsible for Federation’s Annual Campaign. Serving a two-year term, the campaign co-chairs work in collaboration with the PA department and serve as members of the Federation’s Executive Committee and Board of Governors. The roles and responsibilities include the following areas:

Annual Campaign

  • Develop goals and strategies for Annual Campaign and Challenge Fund
  • Solicit and Steward Donors
  • Attend and lead Campaign events, such as:
    • Fisher Meeting
    • Giving Tuesday
    • Community Sunday
    • Major Gifts Events
    • Women’s Philanthropy
    • Lion of Judah Event
    • Women’s Philanthropy
    • Signature Event
    • NEXTGen Detroit EPIC Event
    • NEXTGen Detroit Herzl Society Dinner
    • Florida Event
    • Campaign Leadership Missions
      • Fisher Mission
      • KDS Mission

Serve as a Federation Ambassador

  • Committee Membership
  • Federation Executive Committee

Provide Campaign Reports at Executive Committee and Board of Governors meetings

Represent Federation at Agency and community meetings and events when appropriate
